All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. Withdrawals require completion of KYC identity verification. zd22com reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal to a verified account holder.

2.3 zd22com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Important Notice: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions and the English text, the English version shall govern in all cases.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a zd22com Account or use any Services on the Platform. zd22com employs age verification procedures at registration and at KYC stage. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed and all funds associated with the Account will be forfeited without right of appeal. zd22com will cooperate with relevant authorities where underage gambling is identified.
3.2 Accurate Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani national identity number (CNIC), mobile number, and banking details — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each individual natural person may hold only one registered Account on zd22com. Registering, operating, or having access to more than one Account — whether under the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, zd22com reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, withhold all pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
3.4 Geographic Eligibility. zd22com services are intended for use in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction from which the Member accesses the Platform. It is the Member's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. zd22com makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location.
Age Verification: zd22com will request government-issued identity documentation from all Members prior to processing their first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension until compliance is achieved.
4.1 You are solely and entirely responsible for all activities conducted through your zd22com Account, whether conducted by you personally or by any third party who accesses your Account with or without your consent.
4.2 You must keep your zd22com login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential at all times. You must not disclose these credentials to any other person or permit any other person to use your Account.
4.3 You must notify zd22com's support team immediately upon becoming aware of, or reasonably suspecting, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. zd22com will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
4.4 You agree to keep your Account information current and accurate at all times, and to promptly update zd22com if any registered information changes, including your mobile number, bank account details, or residential address.
4.5 zd22com Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any funds, bonuses, or loyalty points associated with your Account to any third party.
5.1 zd22com accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via approved payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
5.2 All funds deposited into your zd22com Account must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the source instrument.
5.3 zd22com does not accept deposits sourced from the proceeds of any unlawful activity. By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that the funds are legitimately earned and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.
5.4 Deposit processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit to your Account within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take between 15 minutes and 2 Business Days depending on the sending institution's processing schedules. zd22com is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
5.5 zd22com reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion, including where the deposit triggers internal risk or compliance thresholds. Where a deposit is declined, zd22com will use reasonable endeavours to notify you and facilitate the return of funds to the originating instrument.
Currency Note: All Account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on zd22com are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion charges are applied to Pakistani Members transacting in PKR through local payment methods.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made from a Member's verified real-money balance, exclusive of any active Bonus Balance that has not yet satisfied its applicable wagering requirement.
6.2 All Members must complete zd22com's KYC verification process before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation typically includes: a government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence); proof of residential address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence); and, where required, proof of the payment method used for deposits.
6.3 Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed on the same Business Day when submitted before 5:00 PM PKT. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast) are processed within one to two Business Days. zd22com is not responsible for delays at the receiving financial institution.
6.4 zd22com reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, including for withdrawals that exceed specified thresholds, to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations, or where there are reasonable grounds to investigate account activity.
6.5 Withdrawals will, in the first instance, be returned to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not technically possible, zd22com will coordinate an alternative withdrawal method with the Member.
6.6 zd22com reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other irregular activity is suspected or confirmed, pending full investigation.
Members who have not completed KYC verification may deposit and wager but are not permitted to withdraw any funds. zd22com strongly recommends completing KYC verification promptly upon registration to avoid any delay in accessing winnings.
7.1 All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by zd22com are subject to these general Terms and any specific Bonus Terms published in connection with the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific Bonus Terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses credited to a Member's Account are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) that must be met through qualifying real-money wagers before any withdrawal can be processed from the associated balance. Current wagering requirements for each promotion are published in the promotion's individual Terms.
7.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced percentage. Full contribution tables are published in the specific Bonus Terms.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk or hedged betting patterns to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional mechanics; and any other strategy that zd22com reasonably identifies as exploitative. Where bonus abuse is identified, zd22com reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, withhold resulting winnings, and permanently close the Member's Account.
7.5 Bonuses have an expiry date. Any Bonus Balance not utilised within the specified period will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
7.6 zd22com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, for operational, regulatory, or commercial reasons.
8.1 All bets and game rounds placed on zd22com are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your selections carefully before confirming any wager. zd22com will not reverse or refund a confirmed wager on the basis of a claimed error in selection, unless a manifest technical error on the part of zd22com is independently verified.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on zd22com. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market and may vary by game, table, market type, and Member account tier. zd22com reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to specific Members where risk management requires.
8.3 Odds and Market Settlement. Sports betting odds displayed on zd22com are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked. Markets are settled in accordance with zd22com's official settlement rules, which are available in the Platform's sports betting section.
8.4 Voided Bets. zd22com reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed based on clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical fault; the event to which the bet relates has been cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered; or where fraud, match manipulation, or other irregular activity is identified in connection with the relevant event.
8.5 Casino Games. All casino games on zd22com — including live dealer games and slot titles — operate under certified random number generation or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game mechanics streamed from licensed studios. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG table games are published within the game interface.
8.6 System Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game or live dealer session, affected game rounds will be declared void and stakes returned to Members. zd22com's decision on malfunction-related settlements is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zd22com Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: zd22com operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. All suspicious transactions are monitored, investigated, and reported to relevant authorities as required by law. Members engaged in money laundering through the Platform will be reported to law enforcement without prior notice.
10.1 All content on the zd22com Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, text, code, data structures, promotional materials, and documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of zd22com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, or modification of any Platform content.
10.3 You must not use the zd22com brand name, logo, or any Platform content in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with zd22com without prior written consent from zd22com's management.
11.1 The zd22com Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While zd22com makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and reliability, no warranty is made — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the Platform's uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zd22com's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 zd22com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether or not zd22com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 zd22com shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, telecommunications disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor delays.
11.5 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. zd22com accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms. It is your responsibility to wager only funds you can afford to lose.
12.1 zd22com is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward Members seriously. zd22com provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all Members from within their Account settings at no charge:
12.2 By using zd22com, you acknowledge that gambling is for entertainment purposes only and should not be regarded as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. If gambling is causing you distress, please use the self-exclusion tool or contact our support team immediately.
12.3 zd22com strictly enforces its 21+ age restriction as a core responsible gaming measure. Any staff member or Member who becomes aware of a minor accessing the Platform is required to notify zd22com's support team immediately.

13.1 Termination by zd22com. zd22com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where: the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct is identified or reasonably suspected; regulatory or compliance obligations require; or the Member's Account activity poses an unacceptable risk to the Platform's integrity or other Members.
13.2 Termination by the Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting zd22com's support team. Account closure requests are processed within five Business Days. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no active wagering requirements apply to your balance.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination — whether by zd22com or the Member — all licences granted under these Terms cease immediately. Any Bonus Balance in the Account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the Member in accordance with zd22com's withdrawal procedures, subject to applicable compliance obligations.
13.4 Data Retention Post-Termination. zd22com will retain Account records and transaction data for a minimum period as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations and licensing obligations, notwithstanding Account closure.
14.1 zd22com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, zd22com will provide Members with reasonable notice through in-platform notifications, email to the registered address, or by prominently displaying the updated Terms on the Platform.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date.
14.3 All amendments take effect on the date stated in the updated Terms document. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which zd22com holds its international gaming licence.
15.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute between a Member and zd22com, the Member must first contact zd22com's support team to seek informal resolution. zd22com will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within fourteen days. Where informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute may be escalated to zd22com's designated Disputes Manager, whose written decision shall be provided within thirty days.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through zd22com's internal process, the Member may refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by zd22com's licensing authority. The licensing authority's determination in relation to regulatory matters shall be binding.
15.4 Nothing in these Terms limits the Member's right to seek relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where applicable law provides for such access.
